CHATTANOOGA, TENN. (PRWEB) JANUARY 06, 2022–Transcard, a global leader in payments technology, announced today the general availability of its SMART Hub platform, and the integration of SMART Hub with some of the largest enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and banks in the U.S.
SMART Hub is a first-of-its-kind payment portal that digitizes and simplifies the way that businesses onboard customers and suppliers, make, receive, and manage payments, and access payment insights.
SMART Hub is embedded within any legacy software or ERP application, improving efficiency, eliminating unnecessary complexity, and preventing data gaps. SMART Hub is currently embedded in ERPs from SAP, Sage, Acumatica, and QuickBooks, with integrations to more ERPs planned for release this quarter. SMART Hub also is connected to PayPal, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and U.S. Bank to initiate and receive payments. By the end of this quarter, SMART Hub will connect to banks accounting for 66 percent of small business bank accounts in the U.S. SMART Hub can be connected to multiple bank accounts to originate disbursements and billings, providing flexibility even across financial institutions.
By providing an embedded platform for making, receiving, and managing all payments from a single location, SMART Hub streamlines operations and extends the functionality of legacy applications. “SMART Hub delivers on Transcard’s vision to transform the way that payments are made, received, and managed,” said Transcard CEO Greg Bloh. “SMART Hub’s integration with many of the top ERPs and banks makes it possible for businesses of all sizes to effortlessly process and manage inbound and outbound payments without ever leaving the familiar screens of their legacy systems.”
SMART Hub enables users to instantly initiate or schedule single or mass payments to suppliers and individuals. SMART Hub supports payments of any type (including ACH, RTP, virtual card, and Mastercard Send), using any payment rail (including real-time rails). SMART Hub also enables users to invite suppliers and individuals to choose their preferred payment type and to join their company’s payment network. Graphical dashboards display pending, in-process, and completed payments in real-time. Logs attached to each invoice provide traceability of payments. And historical payment data can be effortlessly queried using intuitive search criteria.
SMART Hub also is pre-integrated with Transcard’s suite of embedded solutions for making and receiving business-to-business and business-to-consumer payments. Transcard’s SMART Disburse makes it easy to pay suppliers and individuals in cases where documents must be sent to the payee for review, a digital signature is required, or the business doesn’t have payment details for the payee.
