Sylwia Hans, President – Business Relations, Goldenore, Corp., sylwia.hans@goldenore.com, (917) 859-6986. U.S. office: 31 West 34th Street, 8th Floor, Suite #8122, New York, 10001 NY, www.goldenore.com/usa.
How are you different than other brands in your space?
Goldenore is a boutique integrator with unique expertise in data management. With our technology-agnostic approach, we are able to work with clients regardless of their current technology environment to seamlessly integrate a real-time data platform that is the foundation for 360-customer view, advanced analytics, ML, AI, and more. Our approach is tailored to each client’s size, budget, and business goals.
How would you describe your value proposition to prospective customers and channel partners?
As a service company, we don’t sell off-the-shelf products. We work with clients to provide a solution that delivers the desired results, taking into account their IT budget, the skills and technologies that their IT teams work with, their growth plans, and the specifics of their business. We provide technology consulting with service and product delivery so that the client has a single point of contact and clear insight into the definitive project timeline, cost and success indicators.
What recent challenges have your company’s leadership faced and how did you overcome them?
We face the same challenges as other high-tech companies around the world: a shortage of skilled and experienced professionals, and a variety of modern data-oriented tools and technologies that are constantly emerging and changing the competitive landscape, which impacts our strategy (longer term) and development plans. To overcome this challenge, we run a special Individual Development Plan program where young professionals can build their expertise under the supervision of our experts. Our senior architects also closely monitor the technology landscape to discover new, exciting solutions and implement them with our most advanced clients.
What recent milestone have you achieved and why is it significant?
We measure our success by the success of our clients, and our most recent achievement is the implementation of Stream Analytics for a universal bank. Our client is one of the first institutions in the world able to automatically hyper-personalize its sales and marketing offers in response to customer behavior across multiple channels and locations.
We have also built a dedicated cross-competency team within Goldenore focused on business solutions around data governance, real-time analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This team expands our technology relationships with our clients to provide consulting and business-driven services using cutting-edge solutions. This move allows us to position Goldenore as a trusted business partner and advisor to our clients.
What near-term opportunities will 2024 present to you and your team?
Our most interesting and comprehensive opportunity in 2024 is Generative AI (aka Large Language Models). With a growing number of interesting applications in business, it is completely changing the way our clients handle their data and communicate with the entire IT and business ecosystem.
What’s a key trend for your industry in 2024, and why do you think it’s important?
For most organizations today, data is a cost, not a profit. We will see efforts to change this with the increased use of real-time analytics, ML and AI for intelligent automation and creation of sales opportunities, better customer service, and greater insight into business and operational performance.
